Full payment is generally required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. In some cases, a deposit may be acceptable, with the balance due at a later date as indicated during the booking process.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your travel party possess valid travel documents, including passports with at least six months' validity beyond your return date, necessary visas, and any required health certifications. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate or improper documentation.
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other travel-related risks. We may offer travel insurance options during the booking process, but you are free to decline or purchase insurance from other providers.
Many travel services are provided by third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, tour operators, and transportation companies. We act as an intermediary between you and these service providers. By booking through us, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party service providers, which are separate from and in addition to these Terms.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of travel service booked. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking will be disclosed during the booking process. Cancellation fees may apply and could range from a percentage of the total booking amount to the full amount paid.
If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and additional fees, as determined by us or the third-party service providers.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or changes in service availability from our suppliers. In such cases, we will offer you alternative arrangements of comparable standard, if available, or a refund of all amounts paid to us.
Our Services may allow you to submit, upload, post, or transmit content, such as reviews, comments, photos, or testimonials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT (A) OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (B) OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (C) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (D) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHFSEEPICO, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shfseepico, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.
These Terms and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or additional terms and conditions or policies published by us on our Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Shfseepico concerning our Services.
